ABOUT

I've spent my career getting complex programs delivered. Now I do it for AI.

I've led large-scale programs for international businesses, most recently a multi-market eCommerce transformation, aligning vendors, budgets, timelines, and executive teams through a launch that held.

I've lived and worked across several countries, and I hold AI implementation credentials from MIT and Johns Hopkins. I start with the business problem, choose the right solution, not the most complicated one, and stay until it is working inside your operation.

I founded Creative IQ Lab so retail and health & wellness businesses get senior, accountable execution from the first conversation to the final result, not a junior team learning on their budget.
